Concept

The concept draws its inspiration from terraces and iconic Chinese rice fields, characteristic elements of some beautiful landscapes typical of the Yuanyang, Yunhe, Longji, Jiabang and Ziquejie areas. These cultivated fields, created in symbiosis with nature and the landscape, are structured on countless terraces that make the most of the terrain and the surrounding environment, defined by considerable slopes and gradients.

Kombo Desk Organizer

Kombo is a desk organizer made from recycled plastic with a simple, minimal and essential design defined by soft, rounded and enveloping shapes. The product features modular and stackable elements that allow free configuration by the user, optimizing space for their workspace.

The product

Kombo is system of elements with maximum dimensions of 330 mm x 250 mm, characterized by 4 containers designed to ensure extensive customization and the creation of one’s own workspace configuration. 
The product is inspired by the union and combination of man and nature, with shells made of recycled plastic and processed by molding.

Product use

The product is designed to optimize the use of work space and make the best use of desks, tables and other furnishings. Kombo is composed of 4 stackable and combinable elements defined as K1, K2, K3 and K4, which allow the user the creation of their own personal configuration by purchasing the most suitable models for their needs based on the most functional dimensions.

Multiple configurations

The product is characterized by great flexibility of use, made possible by a design conceived to provide total freedom in the arrangement of containers. Modules can be selected individually to create your own personal configuration best suited to your space.

Identity and colors

The product is characterised by a minimal and material design, defined by soft, rounded lines that, through the shape and color palettes chosen, take inspiration from natural environments such as hills, seas, prairies and deserts. 
The intention is to create products with their own personality, defined by multiple colors and allowing the product to fit perfectly into any working environment.

Naming

The product name “Kombo” represents a repurposing of the term “combination,” which represents the very essence of the product and concept. The intent is to emphasize the wide choice of configuration through multiple configurations and the combination of man and nature in the creation of the terraces, a perfect representation of the balance between the two elements.
